Zap-A-Snack

Greetings,

Thank you for a very successful Zap-A-Snack Fundraiser for our Bulldog Band. Our band accounts received $6,663 from this fundraiser. Zap-A-Snack orders will be available for pick up in the band room this Tuesday, Sept. 13 from 2:30pm until 6pm. ALL orders have to be picked up by 6pm, we have nowhere to store orders not picked up. There is a band booster meeting starting at 6pm so we need to have the orders out before the meeting.

Again thank you for your hard work and I look forward to seeing you on this Tuesday, 9/13 to pick up your Zap-a-Snack orders.

All money should be collected in advance (when the orders are placed).
Checks should be made payable to: SRHS Band Boosters
Additional pamphlets and order forms can be picked up from the band room
Collection dates are set for August 9th, 5:30pm - 6pm and after the Band Boosters Meeting. The collections will be held in the band room.
This fundraiser ends Tuesday, August 16th. Final collection will be in the band room from 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
The delivery date will be the week of Septembe 12th. When a definite date is established we will announce the delivery date.

Remember, 45% of your Zap-A-Snack sales will be applied to your fair share account.
