I hope everyone had a great weekend! First let me apologize for the confusion, the LAST FRUIT SALE COLLECTION will be WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 5:30pm-7:00pm. Please remember to tally your orders on one of the following forms that can be downloaded from the booster website.

Order Collection Dates - updated 11/10/2011

1st collection date: October 11, 5:30-7pm
2nd collection date: October 25, 5:30-7pm
3rd collection date: November 1, 5:30-7pm
Final collection date: November 16, 5:30-7pm

Order Collection Reminders

On collection dates, turn in one of the following tally forms with your totals (we will not collect or tally receipts):
- “2011 Fruit Sale Order Form—Legal” (legal size paper) or “2011 Fruit Sale Order Form” (regular size paper). Take orders on a printed copy of this form (in your packet). Transfer the orders to Excel and bring printout to collection.
- “2011 Fruit Price Sheet—Tally Sheet”. If you don’t have access to Excel, you can tally your orders and complete this form and bring to collection.
Checks should be made payable to Southeast Raleigh Band Boosters.
Please don’t hold checks for long periods of time. NSF fees will be passed to customers.
For accounting purposes, please write the student number on the memo line of any checks received (refer to student number on your fruit packet or from the list posted on web “2011-2012 Band Roster”).

Up to $300		40 percent will go to your child’s fair share account
$301 to $500		42 percent will go to your child’s fair share account
$500 +		45 percent will go to your child’s fair share account
