Meet at the Creek Middle Creek High School	September 17	123 Middle Creek Park Ave. Apex, NC 27539
When:	Saturday- 7:45AM - Chaperones Arrive 8:00- Students-Please enter through the locker room area and stay in the bandroom area, not the front or great hall, the alarm will be on.... 8:10AM - Briefing 8:25AM -Load Buses and Truck 8:45AM - Depart for Middle Creek 10:00AM - Warm up and Perform at Middle Creek 11:45AM - Pack Up and head to Willam Byrd High School in Vinton, VA. Performance attire- Windsuit, White Hat, White Gloves, Theme Shirt, Long Black Socks and the Patent Leather Shoes(Cool Weather Uniform Shoes)..not the sneakers.... If you're picking up your child at Middle Creek, please provide an alternate transportation form. Click here for the alternate transportation form. When:	The William Byrd Marching Terriers will host their 16th Annual Band Competition featuring schools throughout Virginia and West Virginia. The annual competition will be held Saturday, September 17, 2011 and will kick off at 4:00 PM. Saturday - 12PM Leave from Middle Creek High School Load Buses - We are traveling in Warm up Suits, and will perform in Cool Weather Uniforms 3:30PM - Arrival 4:30PM - Dress time and Warm up 6:05PM - Performance 6:45PM - Awards 11PM - Return If you're picking up your child at Willaim Byrd High School, please provide an alternate transportation form. Rumble in the Jungle Southview High School When:	Rumble in the Jungle Contest-Southview High School-Fayetteville, NC The South View Marching Tigers will host their 14th Annual 'Rumble in the Jungle' Contest featuring schools throughout North Carolina. The annual competition will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011.
